Purpose: This product is suitable for security‑check facilities such as airports, ports, railway stations, subways, sports venues, exhibition halls, public squares, and convention centers. It is used to transport and neutralize suspicious explosives and hazardous materials, and can mitigate the lethal effects of blast waves and debris generated by explosive detonations on the surrounding environment.
Features: This product features a simple structure, convenient operation, safe use, and reusability; it is compatible with multiple vehicle models, including Dongfeng Mengshi and Leopard. The explosion-proof tank’s lid can be opened or closed via three control modes—manual, wired, and wireless—making it suitable for a wide range of applications, with users able to select the most appropriate option based on their needs. The trailer is equipped with a service braking system, a reverse‑braking prevention mechanism, a shock‑absorption system, and running lights to ensure safe operation. It also includes height‑adjustable steering support wheels for easy coupling with the towing vehicle, a video monitoring system to track the opening and closing of the explosion‑proof tank lid, and a strobe warning system to alert personnel in the vicinity during explosive‑ordnance‑disposal operations.
Extensive testing has demonstrated that this hollow spherical tank possesses exceptionally strong blast‑resistance. When an explosive device detonates inside the tank, the resulting fragments and shock waves are contained within the sphere, providing robust protection for surrounding structures and personnel involved in bomb disposal. It effectively mitigates the hazards of explosions.
