Development History
I. The Startup Phase
The company was officially established in April 2004 as a joint venture with state-owned enterprise participation.
In 2006, the first supporting market for China First Heavy Machinery Group was developed.
In 2009, the aviation components supply market was developed.
In 2011, Jiangji Die-Casting Parts Company was integrated, further strengthening the company’s growth.
II. Development Phase
In 2013, following the divestiture of its state‑owned equity, the company entered a phase of independent innovation and self‑development; it established Ruitai Industrial Automation Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. through wholly owned investment; and obtained certification under the National Military Standard Quality Management System, Level‑III Confidentiality Qualification, and a License for Research and Production of Weapons and Equipment.
In 2014, the company passed the qualification review for equipment manufacturing units and entered the explosion-proof equipment market.
