Partner User: Beijing Beihang Tianyu Changying Unmanned Aircraft Technology Co., Ltd.
Collaborative Product: Changying UAV Radome Assembly
In July 2016, the UAV Institute of Beihang University in Beijing (later renamed Beijing Beihang Tianyu Changying UAV Technology Co., Ltd.) commissioned our company to develop the radome assembly for the Changying UAV.
Antenna radome assemblies are available in two configurations: carbon‑fiber honeycomb and glass‑fiber honeycomb. The carbon‑fiber honeycomb design is more complex to manufacture; however, the company’s R&D team has overcome numerous technical challenges, successfully completed all environmental and structural‑strength tests, and finalized the design in December 2017.
To date, the company has delivered a total of 36 antenna radome assemblies. Since their installation in 2017, user feedback has consistently highlighted the products’ stable quality, safety and reliability, as well as prompt after-sales support, ensuring that flight mission requirements are met.
